Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(within 2 days of delivery) with a photo of the damaged or defective item. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If Item can be fixed we will walk you through the process. If we cannot fix it we will exchange for the same item if available. If item isn't available you will be issued a store credit at the same value of damaged item. Zi collection pieces will need to be sent back to us if damaged and cannot be repaired before credit or replacement is issued.
